At FalconSupply, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality products. Because our inventory includes critical components, our return policy ensures that every item meets our strict safety and quality standards.
90-Day Return Window
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your product must be in the same condition that you received it: uninstalled, clean, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return

Prepaid Label: Once your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Packaging: Please ensure products are packed securely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be accepted.

Return Address: For your convenience, the correct return address will be pre-printed on the shipping label we provide.
Condition & Quality Standards
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of significant use, physical damage, or neglect.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for products that are visibly dirty, greasy, or show signs of wear. If a product shows signs of installation, terminal wear, or environmental corrosion, it is ineligible for a refund.
- Kit Components: We accept partial returns on our kits. While we require the main product of the kit to be returned, you are welcome to keep any included installation hardware or consumables (such as wipes or grease).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@falconsupply.com.
- Proof of Issue: To help us improve our service and assist with shipping insurance claims, we kindly ask that you attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to your email.
- Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will make it right immediately with a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product for your project is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the correct item at your convenience.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
